For the people in our society have issued law enforcement not doing their job right because they only attack black communities and that specific community doesn’t do anything wrong.why do the cops find away to get blacks in trouble?Cops have killed innocent black people and put them in jail.why aren’t they held accountable for what they done .In the U.S society, law enforcement attack people of color through institutional racism.
Law enforcement is against black people because in Ferguson,Missouri there was a case between an unarmed black man and cop.The cop,Wilson,shot a black man,Michael Brown,six times to the body and two shots to the head for no reason,but claimed that Brown stole cigars and he had no criminal record at the time of his death (Lopez 1).Wilson was not held accountable of the death of Brown because he is white and as institutional agent he is protected by others in the system.In terms of this situation people under the law enforcement are careless of black people.
Boston cops target a lot of black teens.According to the article “Teens say stop-and-frisk an everyday reality in Boston”,teens are interviewed by the banner to discuss how cops harass them when they’re not doing anything wrong but probably walking home or just walking across the street.The police do even give a reason to search them.Teens say it happens routinely(miller 2).Cops being stopped from harassing teens because they feel since there head of the law they don’t have to follow.
Black communities are mostly target in the common neighborhoods that are poor.Everyone involved in law enforcement has always target black even if they never did anything and have killed people for nothing.They think blacks are troubled but yet there’s whites getting away with crime and half of them live where the blacks are.
Overall,in U.S society law enforcement is full of institutional racism towards the blacks even if blacks haven’t done anything they find a reason to attack the black communities.

After reading your essay, its very clear that you’re against cops harassing innocent black people. I would have to strongly agree with you, because it is really unfair for cops to harass any innocent person. I think they’re stuck to this stereotype, that all black people are bad or a danger around. But not all of them are a danger. I would hate to get pulled over to the side and get searched for no reason while minding my business. Its a shame that cops are like this now. I would like to ask, what do you think you can do to possibly stop this, and are there ways to make them see, not all black people are dangerous?
